You will be requested to submit certified, colour copies of the certain documents with your application.  The following documents will be required for applicants with Foreign Qualifications :

• Architectural Qualifications
• SAQA Evaluation
• Transcript of qualifications (in English)
• Snr school certificate or equivalent
• Passport
• Visa/Work permit
• CV
• Offer of employment

Form 4 can be completed by any competent person as prescribed in the form. Should you fail to get your architect who prepared your plans, any architect or competent person, be it an engineer or Architectural professional who has examined your building structure, can sign the form.
