Re-registration
A registered person whose
registration was suspended due to non-payment of annual fees, may apply for
re-registration to be on the active register again. The registered person shall
be liable for payment of the annual, penalty fees and administration fees.
A re-registration application,
indicating the total amount payable will be prepared by the Finance Unit and
sent to the registered person for payment.
Once payment has been made and the
re-registration application has been completed and submitted, the registered
person shall be re-registered as follows:
a) The registered person will retain the registration
number allocated to him/her as at date of suspension of registration;
b) The register will reflect both the initial date of
registration and the date of re-registration
c) A new registration certificate will be made
available for downloading on the registered person’s profile.
Reinstatement
A registered person can be reinstated
if it is found that his/her registration was suspended by error. Reinstatement
must be confirmed by the Registrar before the registered person’s account can
be activated. The fee payable for the reinstatement, if any, will also be
confirmed by the Senior Manager Finance and proof of payment must be provided
before activation of the account.
