Re: Architectural Compliance Certificate (interim IDoW Policy: Board Notice 154 of 2011)
The above subject matter has reference.
We continue to receive concerns that some local authorities across the country still require registered professionals to submit the Architectural Compliance Certificate. We wish to inform all local authorities that the Architectural Compliance Certificate was published under the interim IDoW Policy: Board Notice 154 of 2011. Following the repeal of the interim IDoW Policy, the Architectural Compliance Certificate has also been repealed." The repeal of the interim IDoW Policy also repealed the Architectural Compliance Certificate.
Based on
the above, there is no need to require registered professionals to submit the
SACAP Architectural Compliance Certificate.
