Mid/senior level architect with 6+ years’ work experience

Newman architecture and Design is an architectural firm based in Claremont, Cape Town. Our office specializes in high-end residential projects. We are looking for an experienced architect with 6+ years post Professional SACAP qualifications.

Skills required:

• Proficient in Revit software and CAD.
• Experience in managing and running a project from work stages 1-6.
• Has good communication and presentation skills.
• Competent at technical detailing and design abilities.
• Is familiar with Cape Town regulations and By-Laws as well as SANS requirements.
• Capable to produce and submit drawings and documents to various councils
• Is willing to be involved with interior architecture deign and drawings.
