Invitation to Registered Professional Architects to
act as a referee of the High Court of South Africa
Kwazulu-Natal Local Division: Durban.
The Kwazulu-Natal Local Division has requested the South African Council for the Architectural Profession to nominate a Professional Architect with experience in public health care projects to act as a referee on behalf of the Court. The successful Professional Architect shall be responsible to consider all architectural services performed in stage 4; consider whether sufficient documentation was submitted to the local authority for approval; consider whether the plans complied with National Building Regulations & Standards Act; consider whether the design complied with Occupational Health & Safety Act; consider whether the design complied with applicable Health Norms and health standards amongst other things.
We invite Professional Architects who are interested to act as a referee on behalf of the Court from provinces outside KwaZulu Natala with experience in public health care projects to submit profiles and resumes demonstrating experience in public health care projects, certified qualifications and registration certificate
