Senior Architectural Technologist Urgent Placing
Location Kimberley, Northern Cape (Relocation Required)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and manage detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
• Oversee project design stages from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects.
• Manage client relationships, presenting technical proposals and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology.
• Valid Professional registration with SACAP as PrSAT
• Minimum of 6 years experience as Senior Technologist and Principal Agent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, JBCC contracts, and local regulations.
• Experienced on Public Sector Projects ( Education Facilities,)
• Willingness to relocate to Kimberley, Northern Cape.
• Preference will be given to applicants able to start by end of February 2026 or with a notice period not longer than one month.
