THE REQUIRMENTS:

Application requirements:

·       Master’s degree in Architecture.

·       ArchiCAD proficiency is an advantage.

·       Professional registration as an Architect (recognized body).

·       Min 5 years’ post-registration experience in Architecture.

·       English speaking.

·       Namibian citizen will receive preference.

THE PROJECTS/SCOPE OF WORK CANDIDATES WILL BE WORKING ON:

C&AA is active across the architecture and interior design spectrum, but specifically in the commercial sphere with projects in hospitality (hotels and lodges), medical buildings/hospitals, offices, restaurant, retail, mixed use developments, sectional title and affordable housing, and high-end residential projects for selected Clients (that we are not allowed to publish), etc.

Upcoming projects: Medium sized hotel on the coast, Large government office building in the capital, sectional title housing projects, new small pre-primary school, new medical offices, extensions to large hospital, alterations & additions to high end houses, ongoing phases of lodge project, renovations to existing offices, alterations & additions to existing retail complexes, interior renovations to high end houses, petroport, interior renovations to existing hospital, refurbishment of rooms of large hotel, completion of last phase of council offices in the North, medium income apartment complexes, new lodge outside capital
