Any RP who is not practicing temporarily and
wishes to resign/ ‘freeze’ their SACAP membership can do so by completing a
Resignation Form. Resignation forms are only issued to an RP whose account is
up to date and is wishing to retire within 60 days of receiving the
Annual Fees or renewal of registration invoice for the year.
Thereafter
an RPs account will be ‘resigned’ (frozen) and when you start practicing again
you can re-activate the account. For re-registration, please contact the
Accounts Department at accounts@sacapsa.com

The
SACAP certificate or Privyseal will be available on your online profile if you
have complied with the CPD conditions.
The SAQA evaluation shall be used to determine
the aligned SA equivalent qualification and category of registration of an
applicant.
If you are dissatisfied with the services of the
architectural professional, you should first raise your complaint or concerns
with him or her directly, with the intention of resolving the dispute or
discontent. If your complaint is still not resolved to your satisfaction, you
may lodge a complaint with SACAP in a prescribed form under oath or affirmation
