As the countdown to the 2025 Amnesty Campaign reaches its final hours, SACAP urges all candidates and professionals whose registrations were cancelled due to non-payment of prescribed annual fees before 1 April 2022 not to miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reinstate their professional standing.

Officially launching on 1 April 2025, this initiative is designed to provide a fair and transparent process for those who have been deregistered due to outstanding fees. This is your chance to regain your legal right to practice architecture in South Africa.

Why act now?

·        The amnesty period runs from 1 April to 30 June 2025.

·     All administrative and penalty fees are waived for eligible candidates and professionals.

·        Only the 2025/2026 annual fees are required to reinstate registration.

Eligibility:

·     This amnesty applies to those whose registration was cancelled due to non-payment before 1 April 2022.

·        It excludes those deregistered for misconduct or ethical breaches.
