SACAP : Stakeholder Public Engagement meeting : 10 March 2016 (CPD Credit allocated)

SACAP announces that a Category One - 1.0 CPD credit will be given to SACAP registered architectural professionals who register and attend the SACAP Public Participation and Stakeholder meeting that will be held on 10 March 2016.

SACAP cordially invites all stakeholders to attend a Stakeholder Engagement and Public Participation Forum at which the following mandates will be discussed:

 Renewal of Voluntary Associations (VA’s) - requirements 
        for the Recognition and 
Maintenance of Recognition of a Voluntary 
        Association in terms of section 25, read

        Act - Draft Policy.

2.     Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
3.     Identification of Work (IDoW).
4.     Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
5.     Professional Fees - Framework for Professional Fees Guidelines 
        and Professional Fees Guidelines 2015.

late comment I know: I was very interested that SACAP allows for M.Tech graduates to register as professional architects and then very disappointed that SACAP has not accredited the M.Tech courses at any tertiary institutions which has resulted in the institutions intentions to soon abandon the M.Tech format entirely. (this was the summary after speaking to SACAP, CPUT and UPE)
