SACAP Monthly Training Records (MTR) portal - technical issues

SACAP is experiencing problems with our Monthly Training Records (MTR) online portal.

SACAP registered candidates are advised that SACAP's ICT engineers are working on solving the problems and we trust that the systems will be up and running shortly.

Please note that Candidates who are currently submitting MTRs for June and July 2018 will be given an extension of time for the submission until the end of August 2018.

I queried on Facebook and called SACAP, and I was told, those of us who need to write their PPE exams or Upgrade, need to email Abongile.Jacisa@sacapsa.com , he will then send you the PDF, so that you can fill it in manually, so that he can assist you or give him a call.

This is ridiculous... how long is the MTR service going to be down!?!?!?!? Some of us, want to write our PPE exams in October!!!!!

Considering we are paying from this service and SACAP is a professional body, I would at least expect some professional courtesy and a response to the queries raised! This lack of response following 14 comments from 25 July is unacceptable. Please advise when this “technical issue” will be resolved as Jacquie Cullis’s comment from 19 July stated “systems will be up and running shortly”?

Management,With the MTR down we would like to know how will we be able to track our submitted hours/unis as we cant even download them ,to see if we have met the required category units. We would like feed back if we intend to write this year.

Management, On your notification it stipulates that we will be given an extension till the end of August to back-track our MTR's. Though its unfortunate to say that the server is still not available, so how will we be given time till the end of August when it is still not acceptable. It has been over two months now with the same issue and I was advised that this issue would be sorted in no later than the end of July 2018, yet we are still on the very same position. This will create a hassle for everyone to try and back trace MTRs' for more than 3 full months. Please see to it that this issue is solved as soon as possible and we are notified when its up and running. Thank you

The MTR have been down over a month already and little to no communication has been forth coming with regards to the progress on the matter or envisaged timing. Please communicate with your paying members, this kind of radio silence is unprofessional.

Good Morning We are currently in excess of 6 weeks with the MTR having not been fixed. Having written the exam and procured all the points required, this technical malfunction is actually costing me money by preventing my professional upgrade. Please advise on a date that your technical team will have this resolved. Paying Customer.
