The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) requests all interested persons specialising in Public Relations (PR) to submit proposals for Public Relations (PR) services. Closing date: Friday, 01 June @16h00. The RFP must be hand delivered to SACAP’s physical address (see website for address details).
SACAP will enter into a service level agreement for a period of 2 (two) years commencing on 01 July 2018 and ending 31 June 2020. The appointed service provider will be required to supply a quotation based on the following specifications:
RFP : Public Relations (PR) services
Newsletters, press releases and speech writing.
Media monitoring reporting from Newsclip Media Monitoring – print, media, television, online and social media (service provider will be required to present at quarterly SR Committee meetings).
Attendance and reporting - PR status meetings (monthly).
Media liaison with architectural and main stream media, including actively pursuing media opportunities.
Daily monitoring, posting, reporting and providing follow-up communication services of all social media platforms– twitter and facebook.
Draft communiques and content for special publications i.e. Annual Reports, publications and marketing collateral (quoted separately on separate project basis). Attendance of special events (as and when required).
Ad hoc specialist services in relation to Strategic Corporate Communications Framework, policies and procedures (as and when required).
The appointed service provider must provide 5 (five) copies by hand delivery of the following in the submission:
Current registration with thePublic Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA).
Evidence of a minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience i.e examples of PR work completed for clients.
Minimum of 3 (three) contactable references.
List of current and past client.
A current Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) certificate.
A completed SACAP Supplier Database Declaration form (see News section of the SACAP website to download the form).
