Architecture ZA 2010

Architecture ZA 2010 (AZA2010) is South Africa’s first architecture mega-event and exhibition will take place on 21 – 27 September 2010 in Johannesburg.

Our country is receiving unprecedented global attention in 2010, and we have a unique opportunity to tell the South African story. As the Soccer World Cup rolls out of town, architecture will step to the forefront with Architecture ZA, the single most ambitious architecture event ever held in South Africa.

Architecture ZA 2010 offers a week-long festival under the auspices of the South African Institute of Architects. In attendance will be local and international architects, as well as a wide collection of creative minds engaged in the imaging and production of the city; from filmmakers to urban geographers, space politicians to community organisers, philosophers to fashion critics.
