THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL APPLY for the issuing of a Letter in Support of a Visa/Work Permit:

1. The turn-around time for the issuing of the letter is 7 (seven) working days from date of receipt of the Application, with all the required supporting documents and proof of payment;
2. Should SACAP not be able to issue the letter for any reason whatsoever, the administration fee paid will not be refundable or transferrable.

This letter can only be issued if:

• SACAP is in receipt of the Application for Registration or Application for Evaluation of Foreign Qualifications with the required supporting documents and proof of payment; or
• The applicant is already registered with SACAP.

Applications will only receive attention and be finalised if accompanied by payment of the Administration fee.
